Kurtuluş Sport Compex
This project aims to activation of a dying neighborhood in Sişli Istanbul.The community complex placed where fast food restaurants used to be existed. It turned into a place for indoor sports such as gym , yoga , dancing etc. The project provides increased interaction between people.
Indoor sport area’s entrance floor is approximately 5 meters below the ground and sport areas and changing rooms located here.When entered after the information desk, 2 changing rooms surrounds the people. After entering, there are 2 locker rooms on the right and the infirmary located on the left. Yoga room, gym and e sport room are the main sports themes in here.Indoor green areas located in the left side of the corridor. On the upper floor, there are sitting areas next to the management office and the restaurant. This floor is at the same level with the road.
In football complex’s area was previously in the use of a football school, and it is known that there are black citizens coming to become football players. My design combines football school with jubile matches. The middle floor of the building is reserved for scouts and managers, and thanks to these functions, players can be chosen to the reserve teams.
The building has 2 entrances, one directly to the restaurant and the other to the ground floor from the ramp. On this floor there are managers and scouts. Lower level consist of changing room for footballers and referee room. In the upper floor, there is the restaurant, scout room and the manager room.

According to the analysis, Kurtuluş has not got so much green spaces and sport areas. In additon, here some visible and invisible walls are created by local people so that my design strategy is to solve that deficiencies and remove that visible and invisible walls.Therefore, my project improved with this syntesis and conceptual ideas and shaped according to remove walls.
