Previously , I worked in both office and field , I worked as both interior designer and architect , too. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Çorlu İnşaat Emlak Bölge Bşk.

Çorlu, Türkiye

Architect                                    (May 2024–May 2025)

Renovation of Babaeski residences ,which was my first duty, although the contract period was halfway through, the exterior insulation could not be done, the landscaping had never started and the interior works were halfway through. During my stay there, the exterior insulation was completed and the fine works (ceramic and assembly works) were completed. The remaining works were completed before December and delivered a few weeks before the contract period.

Secondly, It was a project that had just started construction in Edirne, my second and last duty station. This project, which was the project manager of the team in which I was involved from the design phase to the implementation phase, consisted of the placement of 3 buildings on a high slope area and its connection with the complex in which it was built. This project, whose raw construction and curtain walls have been completed so far, is still ongoing.

Bea+ Partners 

Istanbul, Türkiye

Architect and Designer        (June 2023–Ongoing)

After I founded Bea+ my first project was Kocaeli Traffic Surveillance Building which was a restoration and expansion project. The problems here were the lack of sound insulation and insufficient capacity. After they rejected 2 proposals about there , they reached me and in my design I tried to create more playful and spacious spaces. This design breaks away from the classic government building look and enriches the interior with different colour palettes and materials.

My second project , Güney House was a interior design work for newly married couple. This flat, which already has low ceilings, has been designed with more modern furnishings to create a light and spacious atmosphere. An unusual kitchen and a custom design table that allows 2 people to work at the same time in a narrow space are the most prominent parts of this flat.

Micasa Mimarlık

Interior Designer                     (November 2022–February 2023)

At the time of my arrival, Micasa was a newly established company. The majority of my responsibilities at Micasa involved interior design. In addition to this, the roles also included industrial design and contemporary interior design, which I carried out with my team. Specifically, my role involved the design of furniture and doors as part of the interior design process. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I participated in the design of contemporary spaces for brands participating in exhibitions.

 Dome + Partners Architecture 

Istanbul, Türkiye

Architect                                  (April 2021–August 2021)

In my inaugural professional role, I had the opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects such as Topkapı Akmerkez and Aztm Kazakhstan. Specifically, in the context of the Topkapı Akmerkez project, my role entailed the arrangement of plans and the adjustment of the load-bearing system. In addition, I was tasked with the preparation of a presentation file for the aforementioned project.

Secondly, I was part of the team that preparing construction and preliminary design drawings of AZTM. In this project, we made the classical analyses made before starting the project and their presentation to the company in England, which we worked with. Subsequently, my team was responsible for the creation of the site plan and mass model design for the project.

  • +10 Summer Internship (RESEARCH) 20-30 JUNE 2017

During the initial phase of the internship, the role encompassed the functions of a surveyor and analyst within the Asos Canakkale establishment.The initial phase of the internship involved conducting interviews with residents of historical residences in Asos and subsequently developing a house diversity chart. In the second half of the internship, I worked in an old hotel in Asos as a rolove taker.

  • Office Internship JULY-AUGUST 2019

I was employed as a designer and project consultant at an Istanbul construction and architecture company in Şişli, which specialises in reconstruction and peace.

  • Site Internship JULY-AUGUST 2020

Site internship at Ozyegin University architecture faculty building that long 30 days.

EDUCATION

4+1 year undergraduate training in architecture and design in my home country Turkey. Graduated from university with an average of 3 gpa at the end of 4.5 years
